Cultural Values Assessment (CVA)
The Cultural Values Assessment is a way to measure and track the culture of your organisation. We make the intangible, tangible by tracking the values of your employees, the values and behaviours that are currently existing in the organisation and the values and behaviours that are desired in the organisation. This provides clear insights which we use to guide the leadership team in the culture transformation.
Report on your culture by country, function, department, team, age, length of tenure, any demographic data you have, you can report on. Repeat the CVA annually to monitor the progression of your culture.

Team Values Assessment (TVA)
The team values assessment is for teams, departments or small organisations of up to 30 people. This assessment, reports and resulting workshops and coaching helps to shift dysfunctional teams and helps to take well-performing teams from good to great.
The team values assessment is followed by a one day workshop to analyse the results and plan actions. Subsequent team workshops are planned based on the needs of the team.
Leadership Development Report (LDR)
The leadership development report is for individual leaders to support their personal growth, improve self-awareness and impact change. Leaders complete the LDR for themselves, identifying their leadership values and completing open text questions on their strengths and weaknesses. They invite 15-20 of their colleagues, superiors, team members and partners to do the same. The leadership development report clearly identifies the strengths and growth and development opportunities of the leader.

Leadership Values Assessment (LVA)
The LVA is a more in-depth qualitative leadership feedback report. Containing many of the great features of the LDR it also builds on the leadership values data by asking open questions on what the assessors enjoy about the leader and what more they need for them. We recommend the LVA for your c-suite leaders.
Leadership Self Assessment (LSA)
The leadership self-assessment is for leaders who are not in a position where they are ready for in-depth feedback from others. This provides a gentle way into the leadership development process and allows the participant to reflect on their leadership values and the culture of their organisation. It can help with assessing leadership fit for the culture of the company and their role in shaping the culture.

Personal Values Assessment (PVA)
The personal values assessment is a free tool suitable for anyone in your organisation who wants to understand more about their own values and how they can live more in alignment with them. This is a fantastic way to introduce values to your organisation and ignite conversations about culture and values.
