Coaching is one the most critical skills that is required for managers to develop others. The default for most managers is to problem solve and get pulled into the daily operations and miss the bigger picture part of their role. In Coaching for Performance we shift managers to think less about accomplishing tasks and more about developing people. In this 3-day programme managers will learn how to incorporate coaching into their management, enabling them to step back more from daily operations, focus on the growth of others and show up as a leader for their team.

The workshop is highly experiential and is delivered in a coaching style without slides. Participnats learn through collaboration, active coaching practice and live feedback.
