We follow a 4-step process with our clients:

1. We run a values diagnostic tool to understand what's important to your people, how they experience the culture right now and what they desire.

2. Assemble a team and choose between 3 and 7 values to work on.

3. Define each value in your own company words and style. Identify the behaviours that will support each value.

4. Present the revised values to the company for feedback.
